Oh heeeeeey…
Sorry I disappeared for a bit there. I actually had a couple more pre-Christmas posts planned, but I got swept up in the final days of The Holiday Collective and then enjoying the holidays themselves. A DIY blogger enjoying the holidays is a rare thing, I had to take advantage.
And I’m totally still in holiday relaxing mode! Which I think is as it should be. But I wanted to pop on really quick to wish you all a happy New Year, and to give you a little eye candy if you are browsing the internets this week.
A lot of bloggers are rounding up their 15 most popular posts in 2015. Which is rad. But I’d like to share my favorite DIYs by other bloggers. There’s so much good stuff out there. So for today, I’m focusing not on my work, but on others’. Enjoy.

I’m taking a break until January 11. I know! That’s a long time. But I’ve got lots of great blog stuff planned for 2016 and I want to make sure I have a little extra time to work on it.
Until then, be well and enjoy your last days of 2015!
Love this roundup of great DIYs! Happy New Year.
Happy New Year to you too Amy!! xoxo
I was just scrolling through this list thinking, “Man, Marlene has just an awesome eye for things…” and then I happened to see my leather catchall tray tutorial. I am so honored to be in this collection of projects. Really. I’m incredibly touched because I admire your style and ability to curate a certain clean, handmade look so much. Thank you. And Happy New Year!
Well, Jess, it’s my turn to be flattered — thank you for complimenting my curation! Roundups take more work than it seems, as I’m sure you know, and I really appreciate knowing that I’m doing them well. And, I was so happy to include your tray, it’s just gorgeous! And I love that you used repurposed materials. Thanks and happy New Year to you too!! xoxo
So. Much. Work. Do you think they’re worth it? I’d honestly rather be crafting something than resizing someone else’s photos…But they seem to do well on Pinterest sometimes…
I don’t ever see much traffic or feedback from them, but I enjoy doing them. And as much as I LOOOOOOOVE crafting, I just can’t post that many projects, it’s so time-consuming! I also make it easier for myself by not resizing the photos. 😀
Very late here, but I love the DIYs you have compiled in this list! That pastel pink leather strap wooden tray is gorgeous and just the right accesory for the pink obsessor like myself, lol
YES! It’s a fabulous color. Thanks for visiting, Marwa! xoxo
SUCH a great roundup! That leather handled cheese board of Sarah’s is still a fave of mine!
Thank you, Lexy! And I agree, I love that one! xoxo
